How do I obtain a refund from apple iTunes for something my child purchased

My son purchased an adult app _ Elevate and now I need a refund fo $65.99

However, there is no portal or email contact for refunds, just a suggestions page

Welcome to the Apple community where some of us do our best to help each other.


In the transaction details, you have a CaseID

and it seems to say "Need Seller Response"

It seems to say "pre-approved payment is cancelled" ok.

There is a link there to "view case details" ... I wonder if you have viewed those details ?


OR

If you used Apple ID when you cancelled:

You might want to sign in to My Support with the same Apple ID that you used to start your case,

then look under the Recent Activity section. 

You may see some progress, or find out if a refund is being issued ?


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take:

Get help with content you've purchased through Apple.
