NBN is broadband, which I don’t have and can’t connect to wifi, fb says I have bb next door in nursing home but without pass words can’t access it.. I have plenty of data , so why won’t my iOS update won’t happen

iOS requires either a direct Wi-Fi connection to the Internet or by connecting the iOS device directly to a computer that has either a wired or wireless connection to the Internet.
So what I’m supposed to sit at McDonald’s at night to get wifi ... I think NOT

Why can’t I down load when I have data I don’t have wifi but can’t back up to iCloud nothing can’t even upgrade to ios14 why I have heaps of data I have to use google to do anything, thinking of getting another galaxy... this I phone company are crap
