Hello, Anyone knows the cause and solution to the horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen of a Macbook Air 2020?

I would take it in for repair. You could reset the MacBook to factory settings and see if it fixed the issue, but I would still take it in. You can chat with support to ask for an appointment.
Some people in past years think that it may be related to overheating issue under heavy loads. The issue may come up again, but you may be able to let the MacBook rest and restart it after some time.
