my iphone 7 got lost but fortunately i have access to its serial number and iCloud address..kindly help.

You can go online and search for it with "Find My" if it is attached to your iCloud then it will help you locate it. If the phone is turned on and connected to the Internet then it should show you where it is located and give you options to wipe it or have it make a sound or mark it is lost as well. However, if it is turned off or has had the data that was installed on it removed then it is not going to be able to show you where it is located.
