Why I can’t download apps

It’s asking me to pay a subscription that I don’t know about

Do you have a payment method on file?


Check your subscriptions.


Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions.        


Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple  


Purchases - the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed   


If necessary, contact iTunes Support for assistance. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.
