Apple App Store keep requesting for previous owner ID to sign in

Dear sir,


I just update my Iphone to IOS 14.4.2.

After update completed, I wanted to update all my apps in the apple store. Prior to update all app, the phone requested to sign in apple ID. I use my apple ID, but it decline few times. And said already blocked my ID. I have to renew my apple ID a dew times due to this. But still cannot complete the apps update. Worst thing happened, this phone ask me to enter previous owner phone number & apple ID? Why this is happened? Eventhough this apple is run with my apple ID. This is really frustrated. Kindly help me sir.

A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
