How do you remove apps from your Apple Watch

Two ways.

On the watch:

1. Press the Digital Crown to see all your apps on the Home Screen.
2. If your Home Screen is in grid view, touch and hold an app lightly until the app icons jiggle. ...
3. If your Home screen is in list view, swipe left on the app that you want to delete, then tap the red delete button.
4. Press the Digital Crown to finish.

From the phone:

1. Open the Watch app.
2. Scroll down to the INSTALLED ON APPLE WATCH section.
3. Click on the app that you want to revove, then deselect Show App on Apple Watch

Note also that there are quite a few built-in apps that can not be removed.
