How can I update my iPad to 13.0

If you're using an iPad 5, fourth generation iPad mini, second generation iPad Air, any iPad Pro, or any newer model, follow the instructions in the Related Article above to update to 14.4.2. Otherwise, you can't.

It's not possible to update to 13.0 or any other intermediate version.
