A Control Center with no UI control. Wait,- what?

Regarding the inability to remove the “Control Center,” can I remove Big Sir, and go back to High Sierra? I am thinking Control Center showed up with Big Sir, if I go back to High Sierra, it would be gone. If yes, how on MacBook Pro with Touch-bar?

Hey Apple, I bought the computer, can you kindly let the customer decide if they would like such a thing? Why would you name it Control Center, and no ability for user to remove or delete it (ie., no control). Maybe name it something like, Quick Preference, Toggle Now Preference Center, or Common Preference Access.

Anyway, can I go back to High Sierra and be done with it.
