Since upgrading to ver 14.4.2 I cannot send email. However I can receive mail.

Do you see reported errors when attempting to send email?

If you can receive email, but not send, this would imply that your SMTP mail server settings and user credentials need to be checked:

Settings > Mail > Accounts > [Your Mail Account] > [Account] > SMTP > [Primary Server] - review and update as necessary
