Keynote missing fonts while collaborating on icloud

Hello,

My company relies on collaborating in Keynote through our iCloud Enterprise account. Recently we started having "missing fonts" issues with some proprietary fonts from a client. My team has the latest version of Keynote v11.0.1, we have the same OSBigSur v11.2.3.

When I share a Keynote file with the client fonts, my team cannot open it with such fonts, error message "missing fonts"

Please help!

Users can't use fonts that are not installed on their Mac. You would need to purchase and install the required fonts on all participants Macs to have access to the missing fonts.

We all have the same fonts installed, it's just the Keynote file opened it in iCloud that leaves every users with the "missing fonts" error
