Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

So my friend accidentally clicked on guided access and she doesn’t have a passcode to it. She’s been texting me about it while I have been researching how to stop it and i got here.

What should my friend do to make this stop? She’s freaking out thinking her IPad is broken.

The related article above your post has the instructions, but it can be turned off by triple-clicking the home or side button on the device and switched off completely in Settings - Accessibility.
