the past 3 days, my watch has repeatedly asked me if I want to stop my workout in the middle. Even though my heart rate is up and I am moving. It also has not been tracking floors climbed. I have powered off and reset the device and no change.

Tighten the watch band and don't wear the watch on top of any tattoos.
