Hi i just got a new MP3 player and i am tring to download my itunes music into it, so far i am not having any luck. Can you assit?

If you mean a non-Apple mp3 player you will need to read the instruction manual for hte player. I know with the one I have the drive appears on my computer desktop and I can drag files from iTunes to it.
