Mail Multi languages

I need to write mails in both Italian and English language. How to have multiple languages choice when writing mail and or and other text in all Apps ?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

Multi language correction may not work perfectly. The best you can do is to be sure that in system preferences > keyboard > text > spelling > setup you have only checked the boxes for the languages you want to use.

Partially helpful. I could not understand because the correction comes out if I write a mail text in one language, and if I follow with a new one in the second language this not happens, seems that I may do it only in one language a time.

As sample now I am writing in English and most of the words are underlined in red.
