You will need to use either a Windows or Mac computer. The following from If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support has options to consider:


You need a computer to follow these steps. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
