Change Strikethrough colour in numbers?

On the dark background sheet, it seems you only get black, which is harder to see.

Any option to change this?

Mine also defaults to the text color, but it can be changed using the strikethrough button on the toolbar of the fonts panel (Format menu>Fonts>Show Fonts);
