Hi there abne,

We understand you're experiencing an issue with downloading content due to a billing issue, and we'd like to share a resource that can help.

Check it out here: If you can't download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad

Specifically, check out the step below:

"Check your payment method

You might need to have a payment method on file, even if the app that you want to download is free. See what payment method you have on file and make sure that it isn't expired, declined, or failed.

If you can't update apps and you see a message that says “your account is disabled in the App Store”, there might be a problem with your payment method. Contact Apple Support for assistance."

Cheers!

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.
