my iphone keeps telling me to put my IMAP password in and I have no clue what that password is.

I try to get mail on my iphone and since it updated, it asks for my IMAP password. I have no clue what it's talking about, but I haven't gotten mail since a week ago tuesday

IMAP is a type of email account protocol, it is asking for your email account's password so it can access the server and get your email.

If entering your email account's password is not working, you may need to contact your Email service provider.
