Colored lines and screen display glitches

Hi, my Macbook Air’s Screen Display is all messed up. I have a picture below. Is there anything that I can do? One thing I have already tried is resetting the NVRAM and the SMC. But all that did was make my fan spin like crazy and super loud. I haven’t dropped it at all since I’ve had it and there is no visible dents or cracks on the screen from a past owner. I discovered it this morning since I wasn’t on it for 1 1/2 days estimate. In that time it has been charging if that means anything.

Looks like your screen is damaged. Have Apple take a look at this.
