Only 'sketch' tool is available.
'Draw' tool, which is as the right of 'sketch' is apparently missing from Preview toolbar.

My Mac comprises of a Force Touch track pad, the ‘Draw’ tool used to appear before (like hours before posting the question in concern) and suddenly it ceased to be there.
Got any idea why this happened and/or how to resolve this?

FWIW, the Draw tool appears only on computers with a Force Touch trackpad.
Same issue in full screen mode too.

Did you disable Force Touch in the Trackpad system preferences?
You can try resetting SMC and/or NVRAM.
Third in from Left Sketch in Preview Big Sur
There's a Draw tool present to the right of Sketch in the screenshot shared by you. Now look at the screenshot shared by me, there's only Sketch there, no Draw.
Go to Full Screen Mode - sometimes the Tool in question might be there but hidden in a smaller view mode.
Good point @dialabrain - never even thought about that.
The 'draw tool' is missing from Preview markup toolbar. The 'sketch tool' and others are present. Anyone knows why or how to fix?
