For i cloud Activation Lock you’ll need to try and figure out the Apple ID following every option at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201354

Once you figure that out you can then reset the password following https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487

If you can’t you’ll need proof of ownership, like the receipt from buying the iPhone brand new yourself and to “Start an Activation Lock support request.” from https://al-support.apple.com/#/kbase
