reinstall macOS

can't reinstall macOS : the installer information on the recovery server is damaged. What to do?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.14

Is this is being done via Recovery Mode ( Command + r ) or via Internet Recovery Mode ( Command + Option +r ). In both cases, the active and reliable Internet Connection is required.
