I want to use my iPad Pro as a TV. Is there a remote I can use to pause, play, forward... I know I can use iPhone to do that but I'm disabled and just want to hold remote in my hand when I'm laying down and control Netflix.

So, I am at a loss to explain/understand how you are accomplishing this with an iPhone.
There is no remote control app or device that works with iPhones or iPads to use as media remote control for the other.
