Can not use thunderbolt port on MBP 13 2017 2018 non touchbar

A thunderbolt port on my device cannot be used for charging or using USB C connections. When I plug the digital multiport adapter into that port, i can't charge the mac either. But USB or mouse can work via USB A port (only when there is a charger to USB C port on adapter).

Hi,

It could be possible that your Thunderbolt hardware is something wrong. You'd better check with Apple Diagnostics if it reports error code NDT001 to NDT006.
