Iphone - Fake Apple Virus Warning

I receive what it seems to be an Apple warning saying that my phone was infected with 29 virus. I downloaded the app called 'guardize' which was supposedly recommended by Apple.

Then, they asked me to introduce my apple password but I did NOT do it.

I've also deleted the app called 'guardize' from my phone.

Is my phone data compromised?

iPhone SE, iOS 14

All such messages are scams from criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Do not download anything based on such bogus messages. When deleting the app be certain to check for any subscriptions you may have to the useless, garbage app. Downloading the app would not compromise your device. Please read the articles below for other examples of such messages.
