Keynote iCloud, is a cut down version of Keynote for Mac, many features built into Keynote for Mac are not available in the iCloud version. If you want the full version of Keynote, use Keynote for Mac available on the Mac App Store, it is only available on Mac OS: https://www.apple.com/app-store/
I did find it was possible to create a PDF file as well. So many tell you to "Export" to a video or within that area create a .gif...not sure how to access that.
Must be having a "blonde" moment. It is a wonderfully powerful program...so, am sure it is here somewhere...just need to find the "key". After all, lots are doing this now...surely they are not all working on Macs.
Thank you, really appreciate everyone's assistance !

Will this solution work from a browser version of Keynotes?

Keynote iCloud does not have the ability to export to other file formats.
I have heard that...they seem to have made significant improvement though.
