iPasssword app no longer works after the IOS 14.5 update. Help!
Looking at the version history of the app, it has not been updated in over a year. It seems like this app is dead and that you have likely lost your data.

That app has apparently been abandoned by the developer.
It will no longer work.
When entrusting a bunch of important data to an app, make sure the app is likely to last a while. If you want another password manager, 1Password is a good choice.
Do you know how to retrieve all the info from that app? iCloud somewhere?
Unfortunately, nobody has found a way to get your information from the app after the update.
