My apple ID is registered in Rwanda. Everything was working fine until recently when the youtube app has not been working and says I should update but whenever I click to go update the app in the app store it says “this app is not available in your region” but it had been working before. Anyone know why?

Delete and re-download the app. If re-downloading doesn't resolve this—or if the YouTube app isn't available in Rwanda—then you will want to ask Google, as the YouTube app is their app. As an alternative, YouTube is also accessible using Safari.
