What if my MacBook Pro starts up but then halfway during start up my computer turns off?

My MacBook Pro starts but turns itself off halfway during the start up. Any suggestions?

You should try an SMC reset and an NVRAM reset

Then try booting into Safe mode, if it starts booting but does not make it
