Hello TinPlateTrains. If you want to install iTunes on a PC running Windows 7, then it seems that the most recent version you could use is 12.10.11, which you could find at: https://support.apple.com/downloads/itunes.


If you already have some version of iTunes on the Windows 7 PC but are having trouble accessing it, please tell us a little more about the problem.
