Since noticing the issue have you tried a normal restart of your iPhone? Restart your iPhone

If so, we recommend checking to ensure iCloud Drive is enabled and your settings are correct with the helps of the article here: Set up iCloud Drive This includes attempting to access iCloud Drive from the iCloud website or another device. When using the iCloud website from a computer be sure to choose any of the iWorks app you use to check for updates and confirm access.
