I have two charges that I want to know the source?

I want to review my Apple Bill with a representative...It's crazy that I can't resolve this with a human!!!

You could try to contact your bank to know what those charges are .Or you could go to the App Store click on your Apple ID icon then click on your name it will ask you for touch ID or face ID and click purchase history it will show you what stuff you have bought apple related hope it helps
