Window size bug on macOS Big Sur

Window size on macOS Big Sur is resetting to its default setting when rebooting the MacBook.

Hey there!


Good question, this may be a bug, but can you first check this setting to see if it’s on or off?:


Prevent apps and windows from reopening:

In particular this section:


Likewise, this does happen across all apps? Or just particular ones?


I do think by default, apps save the preferences, but I’d check this setting first anyhow to see if the “Save Changes” option isn’t selected especially if this is happening across all apps.
