Can't install macOS 11.3.1 keep saying download problem

Any specific error messages? The error wording is important to solving this type of problem.

If you are downloading the file from the Apple Downloads site instead of with System Preferences > Software Updates, you need to use a browser other that FireFox. FF is not happy doing macOS system downloads lately.
