Accidentally clicked don't save? Can I still recover this word doc file?

I accidentally clicked don't save but it was really important. It's on my recent file but when I try to open it it says "Can't open... This document has been deleted or is not currently accessible." I tried tmpdir, autorecovery and also tried using any recover and deskdrill but i can't find it. Is there any other way or is it possible to recover it at all?
