Hi,
My problem is I can’t update my payment method.
I tried to put another credit card details but there is a restriction not allowing me to do so.
I got this IPad from Qatar and I used the Qatar bank credit card on the payment but now I moved back to my country Thailand. I want to change the region in order to use another credit card.

It was unsuccessful. I tried to follow the instructions provided but these was a restriction not allowing me to change the country/region.
