Hello; I bought an iPhone for my mom and it didn’t come with a charger plug, just the cable. How is she supposed to charge her phone?

It is not instant messaging or chat.
I am a fellow user and not Apple service.
So use the old cable and charger.
Apple announced it was discontinuing including accessories in the box when the iPhone 12 was announced.
On the website where you order phones, it clearly states what’s included in the box.
It was widely covered by the press that this was happening.
After the announcement, Samsung followed suit.
