Mounting 2020 iMac on monitor arms

I purchased my new iMac at the beginning of April and now want to mount it on monitor arms. Can that be done? Can the stand be removed?

Sorry, no the stand cannot be removed. If you wanted to mount your iMac, you needed to buy the VESA mounting edition at time of purchase.

There is another option that works with the original stand.
