Do not disturb always on at sturtup
As stated in subject every time I turn on Mac, Do not disturb feature is on even if all settings are disabled.
It is a bit annoying having to turn it off every time.
MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.3

With a new account DND is off, so basically it is user related.
Any suggestion on how to find where it could be?
BTW: yes I'd like it to be completely off. Even if i set to some night time it stays on.

There may be something that starts when you boot normally, or when you log in to your account, that causes this.
I gather that you want this to be completely off.
I hope we can solve the present issue, but in the meantime: you could just simply set to be on from, say, 3am to 3h05am.
Create a new admin account.
Make sure that Do not Disturb is off.
Restart your mac and log in straight to this new account. Is DND on or off?
You could start by looking at your Login Items to see if something stands out.
Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.
Found!
Since it is a company MacBook, looking with EtreCheck I found a wrong configuration profile pushed by MDM which was activating do not disturb.
Thanks for your advice.
cheers

Try restarting in Safe Mode, then turn off Dot Not Disturb and restart normally again. Same problem?
Try resetting NVRAM.
Hi,
thanks for the advice.
In Safe Mode Do not disturb is OFF. When normally booted still ON.
Resetting NVRAM didn't solve too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
