When I login after shutting my macbook down, usually in the morning, a letter doesn’t respond only at login and prevents me from logging in, restarting doesn't work and shutting down doesn’t work until I do it maybe 8 times in a row, does anyone know why or how to fix this? I changed my password because the P kept doing it now the C key does it.

Keep an external keyboard handy until you can get the laptop repaired.
You can try cleaning the keyboard using the instructions in this Apple article, but make sure to keep the can of compressed air completely upright or you risk damaging the laptop with the cold wet propellant:
