Ohk since ios 14.2 straight out of the box new, my phone charged to 100%. Then after a few days it charged to 80%. I’m now using ios 14.5 and with Optimised Battery Charging OFF, it only charges to 91%. It’s very cold where i live, and i charge it throughout the night, and yet - 91% is all i get. Battery capacity is 100% which it should be given the phone’s only a month and 2 weeks old. Anyone know why this is happening?
Leave the Optimized Battery Charging feature OFF. Then try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Hi, I followed the instructions carefully and did what you asked, but this morning i was still left with 91%. I’ve ran the battery flat too and charged from 0% but it still left me at 91%. Maybe my next option should be to take it in to the Apple store?
Yes. Your iPhone was purchased less than 2 months ago and should be covered by Apple's 1YR Limited Warranty. Have it examined at the Appel Store and take advantage of it.
