To elaborate on Jack's reply, all new iMacs come pre-installed with the Numbers, Pages and Keynote apps, all are compatible with their MS equivalents, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and all are compatible with their MS count parts. However, many users prefer to use MS apps rather than Numbers, Pages & Keynots as they are familiar. Mac's do not come pre-installed with Office for Mac. If you want or need Office for Mac you will need to buy either Office for Mac 2019 or subscribe to Office 365, both are available directly from Microsoft.

In addition there are free web based alternatives for the MS Office suite of products too.

You can use the "Numbers" app. It is by Apple.

If you don't have it, open the Mac App Store, and search for "Numbers".
