iPad Pro locked up

My IPad Pro (only about 3 months old) doesn’t allow me to swipe to even unlock it I can not hard restart it either what can I do to solve this issue

If you're sure that a "forced" restart doesn't resolve that problem, using these instructions:

  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top (power) button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 20-40 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear during that procedure).


since your iPad is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment and have your iPad inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider, among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
