Whatever data that you have in iCloud should already be on your devices. iCloud is not off device storage. It is a syncing service that keeps all of your data on all of your devices in sync. If it is in iCloud, it’s on your device. You access that data in whatever apps that you are using with iCloud. You can see those apps in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud.

What specific data are you trying to see? Data that resides in iCloud is already on your device.

For instance, if you want to see what documents that are in iCloud, you find those files in the apps in which the files reside. When you use iCloud Drive, there are apps that work with it. Apple’s Pages, Keynote and Numbers are three examples of apps that store files in iCloud. However, you see those files in the specific apps in iCloud Drive on your device. Just launch one of the apps and the files should be in there.

Apps like Reminders, Contacts, Calendars, and Notes also store their data directly on your device. Whether you navigate to iCloud.com on a computer to see the data or simply use the related apps on your device, you see the same thing. It’s not like you see something different in iCloud.com than you see on the device. iCloud just keeps everything in sync across devices.
