Hey there Faisalbinfahad,

We'd like to help look into your Screen Time usage regarding 'google.com'.

Let's start with better understanding what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

  1. You mentioned this began two weeks ago, but do you recall installing a new app, or changing any settings at that time?
  2. Do you have any Google apps installed, such as Google Chrome, or the Google Mail app?
  3. What's the next most used app/feature after 'google.com' in your Screen Time settings?
  4. We also see you have an iPhone 12 Pro. The latest version for it would be iOS 14.6. You can verify the version number installed within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  5. Afterwards, we also recommend checking for any app updates. This link shows How to manually update apps on your Apple device.

We look forward to hearing back from you about these details. Take care!

Inform Apple of this:

If what is depicted is not the case, then you can recommend to Apple that they look in to this, possibly being a bug in the iOS.  Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what needs to be looked into and want needs to be included in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone -Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when this began, and how you have troubleshot it thus far
  4. Proceed from there as necessary.
