My wife and I have purchased Apple devices this year and were promised Apple TV free for a year. We keep getting billed for it. Please correct the billings

The offer is for Apple TV+, not for Apple TV. The offer has to be redeemed to get it, within 3 months. An Apple TV+ subscription does not give you free access to the iTunes Store movies and TV shows catalog; that will have to be payed for separately.
Apple Watch is not an eligible device for the promotional offer for Apple TV+. The offer is combined with the purchase of a new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV box, or Mac.
