Battery health issue

I purchased my iPhone 11 on feb 2021 and battery percent is 97 so is it ok aur there is faster degradation of battery health?

That is not a fast degradation of the battery. 97% is not a problem. Make sure that you have updated to the latest iOS, 14.6, which also will make sure that your Battery Health is formatted correctly.
