what can I do if I forgot my passcode and my phone has been wiped clean. Now I can’t get into my backup

if you have backed up your files with icloud or any other 3rd party backup service, you'll be able to redownload your content after you have set your phone back up etc.

unfortunately, anything not backed up to the cloud will be lost.
