My phone was stolen, and I forgot if I did the correctly. I want to see I remove or erase the device. Where can I see the history for find my iPhone.

No, and if you remove it, whoever has the phone can then restore it and set it up for themselves. As long as you do not remove it from iCloud, it cannot be activated. It will be Activation Locked.
